Atami Reservation Policy for Hibachi Due to the operational and logistic difficulties involved with Hibachi style cooking, we regrettably implement the following measures to ensure the highest level of dining experience for our guests: 1. We will reserve only parties of four or more Thursday through Saturday and holidays. All guests will not be seated until the entire party is present. A courtesy confirmation phone call will be made prior to your arrival. 2. We will hold reservations for 15 minutes and if a party fails to meet that requirement the reservation will be canceled and you would have to wait for a new table to open up before being seated. 3. The party room will be reserved for parties of 16 or more and the room will be shared by others if there are fewer than 16 people present at the time dinner orders are taken. 4. We kindly request that all cancellations be made three hours prior to the reservation time. 5. We kindly request that all split tickets be kept to a minimum of seven tickets to ensure the highest level of the guest experience during high volume hours. 6. There are always at least two Hibachi tables open for our walk in guests that can accommodate a total of 22 people. 7. If you make a hibachi reservation, the entire party must order from the hibachi entree menu but you may also order sushi as an appetizer. This is to make it fair for the guests that do want to experience hibachi. 8. There will be an automatic 18% gratuity charged to parties of six or more. 9. Due to the nature of Hibachi seating, there will be times when you will be sat with other people so it can be a rewarding experience and you might meet new friends, so please do not be offended.
Thank you for your understanding!
